HOW TO USE:

Push up the stick and apply to exposed skin and rub in. Re-apply every 3-4 hours. Avoid eye area.

• Use with caution if pregnant or breastfeeding.

• If unsure, do a patch test first.

• Wear loose-fitting clothes for maximum protection. (Mosquitoes can bite through tight-fitting clothes like tights).

IMPORTANT ADVICE FOR SAFE SUN EXPOSURE:

• Apply 20–30 minutes prior to sun exposure.

• Re-apply every two hours and after swimming or sweating.

• Limit time in the sun between 10am and 3pm.

• UVA rays are present even through clouds and windows.

• Use hats or UPF clothing, especially for children
